Listings Guidelines
Schools / Colleges
which become members of the Easter Revision Course Finder site
need to conform to these guidelines. We reserve the right to edit
or remove any listings which do not conform. These guidelines
should be read together with the site membership agreement which
is available here.
(a) You may create one entry in respect of your institution
(b) You may create
and maintain up to 3 listings for courses which you run at your
institution. In general, it is possible for a single entry to
list all the A2, AS and GCSE subjects which you offer so there's
no need to generate a listing for each subject / level. Some examples
follow:
Example 1: You run A2 courses in a variety of subjects. You should create one entry listing the subjects available under the "A2 Subjects" field
Example 2: You run A level, AS and GCSE courses in one centre. The courses each last one week and start on successive Mondays. You have two choices. Either you may create one entry for each week, listing all the subjects / levels available or you may create one listing for each level covering the whole period of your courses.
Example 3 : You run courses in different counties or areas of the country. You may create separate entries for these courses so that your courses are found when visitors search for courses in those areas.
Example 4 : You run courses in a number of towns in one area of the country. You should create one listing and list the towns in the town field.
(c) You may create up to 3 course entries. If you consider that the nature of your courses requires more than 3 entries, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
(d) You should write your listings in a factual and not in a blatently self-promotional style
(e) You should not write your listings in such a way as to attempt to manipulate the search results
(f) You should make every reasonable attempt to ensure that your listings are factually correct and up-to-date
(g) Your listings should not contain or link to pornography or adults-only sites, gratuitous or graphic violence, material that promotes or disseminates illegal activities or any racist, defamatory or otherwise offensive material
